- Barton Springs is a very popular swimming home. Be warned, the water temperature hovers between 68 and 74 degrees year round.

Travelling guests, please be advised – the trees here will try to kill you, and most of the wedding will be outside. Protect yourself! Even if you’ve never had allergies before. The pollen here in April is really something special.
Y’all, the traffic here is bad.
We are a big city driving on roads designed for a small town. Folks here don’t like turn signals, but they sure do love cutting across 3 lanes of traffic right in front of you and then slamming on their brakes. If you are renting a car, please be alert and don’t touch your phone (it’s illegal!).
